Claude V. Perrier III, CEO & Director
Mr. Perrier has since 1998 been the Managing Director of Henican Terrebonne Property, LLC. where he has overseen the drilling, leasing, subleasing, and permitting of oil and gas wells in the marshes of south Louisiana for a thirty partner group. In his capacity as Managing Director, he has directed several marsh restoration projects and implemented programs to sustain the diversity of the wetlands. Since 2000, he been a Director of the Louisiana Landowners Association, a group charged with protecting the property rights of the private landowner and whose goals include restoration of the Louisiana wetlands.

Mr. Perrier has 30 years experience as a landman and founded the Land Management Group in 1985, and ran it until 2004. While running LMG, Mr. Perrier managed all types of land acquisition projects, including leasing for oil and gas and hard minerals as well as negotiating and implementing a broad spectrum of agreements and contracts. In 2001 the business had 75 landmen under contract and purchased over 40 million dollars worth of oil and gas leases. Clients included Shell Oil Company, Union Pacific Resources and Burlington Resources.

In 2007 Mr. Perrier was hired to oversee the land operations of South Bay Resources, LLC from which he comes to Archer Petroleum. Perrier received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1980.

Colin Bowkett, President & Director
Mr. Bowkett brings more than 18 years experience in business development and strategic alliances to the company, and is a partner in Canadian Nexus Ventures, a private investment firm based in Vancouver. He has facilitated and financed multiple international Oil & Gas, and Mining transactions in both the private and public sector.  Mr. Bowkett currently serves on the board of directors or in advisory positions for several private and public entities.

Joe Mike McKinney, Director
Mr. McKinney brings over 50 years experience in the oil and gas industry, encompassing virtually every major basin in North America in the areas of exploration and production, asset evaluation, acquisition, strategic planning and investment banking. Mr. McKinney’s experience includes senior positions at Majors such as Exxon, Superior Oil, Union Texas, as well as serving as President and COO of the International Division of EOG Oil & Gas (NYSE:EOG -- $23B Mkt cap). His expertise is in the maximizing of return on exploration and development investment, with a key focus on strategic growth.

Victor Barcot, Director
Mr. Barcot has more than 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been an advisor to several notable U.S. publicly listed oil and gas exploration and production companies and has previously served on the board of several oil and gas companies. Additionally, Mr. Barcot was a Director of the Global Oil and Gas Investment Banking Group of Macquarie Bank. Mr. Barcot earned his M.B.A. and B.B.A. in Finance with highest honours from the University of Houston.

Robert G. McMorran, CFO & Director
Mr. McMorran is the president of Malaspina Consultants Inc., an accounting and administrative management services business serving junior public companies since 1997. Mr. McMorran obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1981 while articling with Coopers & Lybrand's Vancouver office. In 1982 he left C&L and joined Denison Mines Limited's Coal Division where he spent five years primarily working on the Quintette Coal Project located in northeast B.C. In 1987 Mr. McMorran joined Cheni Gold Mines Inc., a TSE listed junior precious metal company as the corporate controller, where he spent ten years, eventually being promoted to President/CEO. Mr. McMorran has held numerous board positions and senior officer appointments since starting Malaspina, including his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer of the highly successful Canada Dominion Resources Group of flow-through limited partnerships.

James L. Harris, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Harris is a corporate, securities and business lawyer with over 20 years' experience in British Columbia and internationally. He has extensive experience with the acquisition and disposition of assets, corporate structuring and restructuring, regulatory requirements and corporate filings, and corporate governance. Mr. Harris was also a Founding Member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Apart from his legal education, Mr. Harris has also completed a graduate course in business at the London School of Economics.
